About the Unit
The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) is an important factor in assessingthe progress made towards achieving the objectives of the Development and Quality vice-deanship. Performance indicators are a technique for measuring the success of systems usedalong with the quality and organizational development programs of the vice-deanship, through which the ability of the Development and Quality vice-deanship to achieve its objectives is determined through its strategy. Performance indicators are measured and determined according to criteria determined by the nature of the College's roles and activities.

Responsibilities
Prepare consolidated questionnaires and urge the concerned to enter these questionnaires to evaluate university performance.
- Activate the reference comparison system.
- Activate the system of evaluating the performance of faculty members.
- Periodic reports of performance indicators.
- Urge administrative and academic units to prepare improvement plans based on performance evaluation results.
- Represent the development and quality vice-deanship in workshops, conferences and seminars for measuring and evaluating performance.
