Took part in a project “Find My Place” (a website that helps Chinese students who are about to arrive in Melbourne to find a suburb that meets their individual preferences). Acquired skills in teamwork, project management, and communication. Conducted interviewed users before, during, and after the creation of the website to determine their interstate and idea with the goal to provide the necessary data for them. Performed data analysis including investigation and cleaning of the “Victoria Open Data” depending on the users’ needs. Created UE/UI design based on the user responses and preferences. Set up a specific interview session with users to record their interactions with the system.

Project management fundamentals at Monash University

took a course about main concepts of how to manage a business project .Acquired leadership skills and skills in time management including proper organization of different documentation work during the research process.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I have taught the following units: Operation Management, Management information systems, E-Business Management and Projects management.

      Graphic Designer

Helped Afif Business college to design a high-quality training program (Tatwer program) which is a program for government employees to improve their skills in solving problem. The program was design carefully to meet the goal. I Organized many seminars on Design thinking as problem solving strategy. Work as designer in the Shaqra University Headquarter (member of Public Relation and Media department).

    Head of test centre at Afif Business College

Build a new system that allow test administration to manage all tests in easy way with more control. The new system helped invigilators to control the test room efficiently. The new system depended on colour distribution. In each testing room, there were only 30 students from different units, and each unit have different colour. This method reduced cheating significantly. My duties were involved investigate teaching quality by gathering data and provide an analytic report using data visualisation tools.
