Dr. Mohammed A. Alhossini is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting at Shaqra University, Saudi Arabia

He earned his PhD in Business and Management from Southampton Business School at the University of Southampton, UK, with a specialization in accounting. His research interests include corporate board committees, financial reporting quality, corporate tax avoidance, executive compensation, corporate social responsibility, and carbon performance. He has published research papers in reputable journals, including The International Journal of Accounting

Within the broader academic community, Dr. Mohammed has served as an ad-hoc reviewer for respected journals in accounting and finance, such as The Journal of Accounting in Emerging Economies and The Journal of Sustainable Finance and Investment.
