About the Unit

It concers with Staff Members and Adminstrative Members Affairs Unit

Vision

Leading in providing excellent services to faculty members and employees to raise the degree of job satisfaction for faculty members through a sophisticated and ideal work environment.

Mission

Excellence in attracting qualified staff members and employees developing their skills by creating a stimulating and productive work environment to achieve quality of professional performance.

Objectives

  1. Achieve quality performance in the administrative transactions.
  2. Application of rules of regulation to provide employees with them to reach objectivity.
  3. Promote a sense of responsibility towards work.
  4. Provide a suitable and ideal work environment for college members.
  5. Developing academic and administrative expertise through appropriate training.
  6. Development of services provided to faculty members and employees.
  7. To contribute to enhancing the job satisfaction of college members.
  8. Set up and monitor functionality

Responsibilities

  1. Create a comprehensive database of faculty members and employees and update them contiously.
  2. Set daily attendance  and make weekly and monthly  absence report.
  3. Take the necessary procedures for appointments, promotions, transport, assignment and leave according to university rules.
  4. Completion of all transactions for staff members and employees.
  5. Follow-up all important works and topics concerned with employees.
  6. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to show the achievements of the unit.
