About the Unit
This unit is responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of the development of assessment systems and examinations. Where the evaluation is one of the most important elements of the educational system, also it is the most interrelated element with all components of the educational process. Without the evaluation process, the principle of justice and equality of opportunity among college graduates will be lost.

Develop measurement and evaluation tools within the college in accordance with quality standards and academic accreditation
Objectives
- Ensure that academic achievement reflects the true picture of the student's level
- Ensure justice and transparency in measurement and evaluation
- Ensure the compatibility of methods of measurement and academic evaluation with educational outputs
- Development of methods of measurement and academic evaluation
- Establishing question banks
- Achieving national and international standards for measurement and academic evaluation
- Disseminate the culture of the development of assessment and examination systems for all concerned with the evaluation process.
Responsibilities
- Building the standard questionnaires and encourging those concerned to enter these questionnaires to evaluate academic performance.
- Application of performance indicators contained in QMS.
- Activate the reference comparison system.
- Activate the system of evaluating the performance of faculty members.
- Prepare periodic performance indicators reports.
- Encourging administrative and academic units to prepare improvement plans based on performance evaluation results.
- Provide technical support to the administrative and academic units in the college in terms of performance evaluation.
- Integration, cooperation and coordination with other units in the Deanship of Development and Quality to achieve the general objectives of the Deanship.
- Representing the Deanship of Development and Quality in workshops, conferences and symposia for measuring and evaluating performance.
- Organizing and implementing training courses in measurement and evaluation in order to develop measurement and evaluation skills.
