About the Committee

The committee of schedules is undergo the Agency of Educational Affairs in College

Responsibilities

1. Work on the preparation of schedules of studies; for delivery in a timely manner. 
2. Follow-up of the commitment of the departments to the controls of the college in the preparation of schedules.
3. Review the teaching burden of faculty members.
4. Forming an annual committee to distribute the courses presented to the college halls.
5. Updating the file of the school schedules periodically to suit the needs of the college.
6. Distributing courses of the sections on the halls allocated to each section.
7. Check the suitability of the number of students of the Division with the capacity of the hall recorded for the course.
8. Coordination between the departments; to achieve proportionality between the capacity of the hall and the number of students of the course.

Mission

The Committee seeks to contribute to the regularity of the educational process through carrying out the tasks and activities entrusted to it by the Department of the College to contribute to the provision of a learning environment with a clear vision and the application of quality standards.

Objectives

1. Work on the regularity of the course of the college
2. Provide support and assistance to students and identify their problems and suggestions regarding the study schedules and provide solutions.
3. Participate in the implementation of developmental plans in the educational sector to achieve the vision and mission of the College.
