Mission
To contribute to the provision of training services that contribute to the enhancement of the efficiency of human resources in the faculty by developing the leadership capacity and supporting staff members, employees, students and graduates to achieve integrated human development and raise the level of human resource efficiency from all aspects of the faculty work.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and holding various training courses and workshops inside the college.
- Identify the training needs of the various meetings of the internal community of the college in addition to graduates.
- Communicate with the various training centers at the university.
- Preparation and implementation of the field training plan for students and students in coordination with various bodies and bodies of civil society.
- Preparation and implementation of the training plan (development of skills) members of the faculty.
- Preparation of a training plan (development skills) of the supporting body.
- Prepare a plan to train (development skills) of the administrative body.
- Prepare a plan to train graduates according to the needs of the labor market
