About the Unit
The Unit shall be responsible of the correspondence of the College

Leading of comprehensive technical services in transactions issued and received accurately and easily
Mission
Facilitate all matters related to administrative communication in the faculty according to an electronic system that allows easy export and receipt of transactions and refer to them when needed.
Objectives
To provide services related to the unit and to cooperate with the different units in and outside the university to improve performance in the unit.
Responsibilities
The Unit of Administrative Communications is responsible of all matters relating to administrative communications of the College, including:
- External transactions.
- Internal transactions.
- General input.
- Mail archives.
- Conduct electronic survey of transactions issued and received.
