About the Unit
The College Council acts as the designated authority which consists of the Dean, Vice Deans, and the Chairs of Departments. The Dean is the chairman and with other members of the council committee work in compliance with the regulations set by the University Council. The College Council is, therefore, an executive authority which regulates all the college affairs

The Council forwards all the recommendations to ensure the highest standards in administrative quality in accordance with the college vision.

Objectives

Document all the college matters which need decisions and recommendations after ensuring its compliance with the regulations.

List each affair according to its category.

Inform the Council members about the meeting in advance.

Summarize and list all the discussions and recommendations in meetings.

Write a full report to be signed by all the Council members before directing it to the University Rector.

Report the approval of recommendation by the University Council and implement them.

Make an archive for all the college council meetings.
Responsibilities

Receive all the department meetings and record all topics.

Ensure that all the department members have completed their work.

Record all the decisions and recommendations done by each department before the Dean's approval.
