Media Committee

About the Committee

The College's Media Committee consists of specialized units, each is working according to the strategy and the comprehensive vision of the committee and with a degree of flexibility enabling it to have access to the news and information in a on time and with accuracy and credibility required.

Responsibilities

1. -Media documentation of all college activities.
2. -Providing the university's media department with information about the college's educational policy and activities through press files and media reports.
3. -Organizing press conferences for senior management.
4. -Responding to press inquiries after submitting them to the competent authorities.
5. -Preparing a newsletter that includes events, activities, and achievements and distributing them within the university.
6. -Create a database about the college's achievements.
7. -Develop communication plans and programs aimed at achieving the objectives of the Committee.
8. -Prepare the daily press file electronically.

Vision:

The Media Committee looks forward to become the college's window on the Saudi, Arab and international media is an independent and free media platform that serves as a link connecting the college, to the university and to the society.

Mission:

The college's media committee aims at communicating the vision and mission of the college to the surrounding communities. It does not stop at this point as it strongly participates in transferring information to and from the college and the university. It also contributes to improving the educational process and the final product.

Objectives:

Highlighting the college through media.

1. -Prepare the daily press file electronically.
2. -Communicate with media professionals and facilitate their work.
3. -Presenting what is published in the media about the college to the officials daily.
4. -Develop plans and communication programs that aim achieving the objectives of the Commission.
5. -Supervising the production of the college's media publications.
6. -Defining the role of the college and its academic and research mission and its role in educating the community.
