The medical clinic at SU’s main campus provides therapeutic and ambulatory services to the university staff through a specialized team of faculty members and students in the College of Medicine, the College of Applied Medical Sciences, and the College of Pharmacy. This clinic was the first facility for medical services established at the university, providing basic medical care services to all employees of the university. SU intends to expand the clinic to ensure coverage of all the university facilities in the nine governorates. Dr. Awad Al Asmari, the Rector of the university, confirmed that this clinic is the nucleus of the University Hospital Project, which will extend to all the governorates and centers within the scope of the university’s academic supervision. A university ambulance is also available for cases of medical emergency.
