• Extensive experience in synthesis and characterization of solid-state materials, nanostructures, LASER-nano-materials interaction, and applications.
• Strong background in Material sciences, nanostructures and low dimensional systems and nanomaterials, surface and interface science, vacuum system, semiconductors materials, materials for solar energy.
• Familiar with material characterization instruments such as surface & structural Analysis: Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM and FESEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM and HRTEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Ultra-Violet-Visible-Near infrared spectroscopy (UV-Vis-NIR), Raman spectroscopy, WTC120 photoconductance lifetime tester, Fourier Transform-IR spectroscopy (FTIR) … etc.
• Elemental Analysis: Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), Electron Diffraction Spectroscopy (EDS), X-Ray Photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
• Strongly self-motivated, responsible, self-starter and collaborative.
• TEN years of Teachnig, supervising, and research experience as an R&D junior researcher.
