About the Committee
Students' complaints and suggestions are considered as an important source of expressing satisfaction in the educational and training environment, and may result in opening an investigation and ensuring compliance with regulations and laws or providing or modifying a service. Therefore and within the framework of the adherence to quality standards and academic accreditation, the complaints and feedback committee was established.
Complaint cannot be made anonymously
The complainant should not be victimized as a result of raising a complaint
Complaint should genuinely seek a solution or remedy
Consulting the academic tutor before escalating the complaint formally in written.
The constructive complaint is a fundamental tributary of development rather than punishment.
Consider and review the students' complaints and guide them through the correct steps during the submission of the complaint and work to overcome all obstacles to ensure the development and success of the educational and training process.
No student should be victimized as a result of raising a complaint.
