About the Committee
Students' complaints and suggestions are considered as an important source of expressing satisfaction in the educational and training environment, and may result in opening an investigation and ensuring compliance with regulations and laws or providing or modifying a service. Therefore and within the framework of the adherence to quality standards and academic accreditation, the complaints and feedback committee was established.
Responsibilities

The complainant should not be victimized as a result of raising a complaint

Complaint should genuinely seek a solution or remedy

Consulting the academic tutor before escalating the complaint formally in written.
