Committee to Examine Excuses for Students and Students

Responsibilities

1. Examining the excuses provided by students and students of the academic departments in the event of absenteeism from attending one of the final tests and studying them and expressing opinions towards them and considering that they are in accordance with the regulations of the study and tests for the university stage and the executive rules of Shakra University.
2. Issue a recommendation to accept or reject the excuse according to the executive rules of Shakra University.
3. To submit the Committee's recommendations to the Councils for approval

Vision

To help students in all academic departments of the college to perform the alternative test after accepting the excuse in accordance with the regulations of the study and tests for the university and the executive rules of the University of Shakra.

Mission

Enabling the student or the student from the alternative test after accepting the excuse in accordance with the regulations of the study and tests for the university and the executive rules of the University of Shakra, leading to justice.

Objectives

1. Application of the study list and tests for the university and the executive rules of the University of Shakra in respect of absence from the final tests.
2. Assist all academic departments in the college in the examination of excuses and make recommendations.
3. Determine acceptable and unacceptable excuses in accordance with the regulations of the study and tests for undergraduate and executive rules of the University of Shakra.
4. Allow students and students who are absent from the final test to submit an alternative test if the excuse is accepted
