I, Ejercito Mangawa Balay-odao an assistant professor, can work effectively as an equal member of a team. Throughout my nursing career, I have demonstrated my ability to interact and communicate fully and professionally with the students, colleagues, College/department administrators, nursing staff, nursing and hospital administrators, resident and visiting medical professionals, patient of diverse ages and backgrounds, and with patient’s families and careers in a variety of setting.

In all events, I am dedicated to overseeing service delivery to ensure that it meets all required standards of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness and therefore the desired goal. Personal development and communicating effectively with others have been my point of focus in obtaining goals.  Also, I enjoyed working with those dynamic teams in the profession that motivate me to ensure the quality and quantity of teaching to the students.   I am a person who is willing to learn since I do believe that “LEARNING IS UNLEARNING".  This philosophy was inculcated in my mind to ensure that I would have respect with my colleagues and for me to gain knowledge to enhance my capacity and capability as a person.  Medical-surgical nursing is the field of my interest.
