  • Continuously performing various bacteriological and fungal studies like isolation of bacteria from different sources, their characterization, biochemical tests, microbial assays, Isolation of bacterial DNA, Gel electrophoresis and various enzymatic studies.
  • Virological studies including, maintaining various cell cultures at animal cell culture lab in Dept. of Pharmaceutical biotechnology, JSS College of Pharmacy, Tamilnadu, India, includes cytotoxicity assays, virus titration, viral assays, virus-host interaction studies  etc.
  • Worked as a group member in the institutional manuscript writing for publications in various reputed journals.
  • Guided around 15 B.Pharm projects and 03 M.Pharm dissertations.
  • Designed and implemented various projects in health allied areas such as drug discovery from natural sources, to improve regional sanitization conditions and the cultivation of medicinal plants etc.
