College History

The College of Education was established in Shakra in 1418 AH on the basis of the decision of His Excellency the General President for Girls' Education. In the past it was a middle school which was opened in 1410 AH and opened three sections (Arabic, English and Mathematics). Home Economics, and in 1422 e was opened the Department of computers and neighborhoods. In 1430 AH, the Supreme Decree of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was inaugurated with the inauguration of Shakra University.
