About the Unit

The Unit of Graduates is the unit that is interested in following up the affairs of graduates at the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences.

Vision

The compatibility between the specifications of graduates and the requirements of the local, regional and international labor market through providing the best academic services to the graduate according to the latest scientific methods in order to continue the development and improve the academic programs provided to them.

Mission

To open channels of communication and communication between the college and its graduates to follow up and provide services aimed at raising their competencies, developing their skills, directing them to the labor market and coordinating with their work parties for constructive and constructive cooperation to serve the college, graduates and the society.

Objectives

  1. Create databases for graduates for easy communication.

  2. Keep the graduates in constant contact with the college.

  3. Providing graduates with a new degree in their fields of specialization.

  4. To contribute to raising the awareness of graduates about the opportunities available to them.

  5. Develop the skills of graduates to implement courses that contribute to the development of their skills.

  6. Studying the possibility of helping graduates functionally.

  7. Follow up the job performance of graduates in their hospitals

  8. Identify the professional problems of the graduates and how to help them solve them and benefit from them in the future planning of the college programs.

Responsibilities

  1. Follow-up of graduates.

  2. Preparation of specialized courses for the development of information and skills of the graduates.

  3. Activate and periodically update the database of graduates.

  4. Opening channels of communication between the college and the labor market to know the specifications of the graduates desired by the labor market.

  5. Inviting the graduates on the college occasions and attending the continuous development programs held at the College.

  6. Provide a platform for graduates through the unit to raise their issues and aspirations.

  7. Working together to overcome the difficulties faced by graduates.

  8. Survey the opinions of the employers on the skills of the graduates and their satisfaction with the service provided by the graduates.

  9. Organizing training courses to raise the level of graduates.

  10. Receiving the graduates' complaints and trying to solve them.

  11. Assist female graduates in solving the problems they face while working.

  12. Evaluating the professional behavior of graduates and how to protect patients' rights.

  13. Continuing monitoring of labor market needs to meet the demands of the labor market in the graduate.

  14. Preparation of questionnaire forms to determine the opinion of graduates in the scientific programs and their satisfaction with the outputs of the educational programs and services performed by the College.

  15. Feed the university's website with information about graduates of the college.

  16. To prepare prospective future data for future graduation.

  17. Emailing the graduates by e-mail and other means of communication.

  18. Preparation of special training courses for graduates dealing with professional skills.

  19. Preparation of studies on the appropriateness of college outputs with the needs of the labor market.

  20. Work of an inventory of graduates in different hospitals.

  21. Work the inventory of graduates who did not join the labor market and follow up the difficulties they face and help them in ways of solution.
