Thanks to the unlimited support of the university administration and its belief in the importance of the central role of libraries in serving the educational process and scientific research, and the concerted efforts of the Deanship's employees; The Deanship has achieved a number of milestones during the past year, which we summarize in the following points:
- Obtaining the third place within the Best Practices Distinguished Forum organized by the University Agency for Development and Quality in 1441 AH for the Information Awareness Program.
- Equipping and opening the new headquarters of the Central Library on the university campus in Shaqra Governorate.
- Holding a series of training courses for the digital library.
- Expanding the remote information awareness program.
- Rehabilitation and training of university libraries staff through a series of specialized training courses.
- The tendency to centralize the provision of office service in the Colleges of Dawadmi and Al-Quwai’i complex through the central libraries in those complexes.
- Preparing the operational plan for the Deanship for the year 1442 AH
- Issuing the Deanship's bylaw regulating the progress of work and approving it by the University Council.
