About the Unit

It is specialized in defining the activities of the college in the media, publishing its news in various media, organizing reception of delegations visiting the college, and following up on the requirements of organizing meetings and conferences within the college.

Vision

To keep pace with the achievements of the university and its knowledge mobility, and to reach the highest degree of professionalism in social and cultural communication, to form the leading model of educational and educational bodies.

Mission

To enhance creativity and media in a knowledge-based society that stimulates learning and creativity through the use of the latest means and techniques, in addition to enhancing communication and building bridges of cooperation between the university and the internal and external public.

Objectives

The Department of Public Relations and Information seeks to achieve the main objectives in line with the strategic plan of the University, taking into account that some of these goals are cumulative over the long term, with some objectives that are appropriate to the stages of renewal and development. The most important of these objectives are:

  1. To give a positive picture to the guests of the university and visiting professors in proportion to the university's status among universities of higher education.

  2. To reflect the educational thought and ways of creative thinking and skill education, which represents the foundation approach and philosophy, and to indicate the extent of its contribution to the construction of a generation capable of creativity and giving.

  3. Transfer facts and events transparently and accurately, and highlight the role of the university in the media in order to build a trust between the university and society.

  4. Enhancing the benefit of the experience of other institutions and individuals through communication and fruitful constructive dialogue with all segments of society from different sectors of education, government departments and institutions, research centers, specialists and parents.

  5. To shed light on the activities of the various constituent constituencies, and to show their conformity with events in the local and international communities. As well as introducing the achievements of the Foundation at all levels.

  6. Develop human relations among employees by contributing to the application of some interactive cultural and social programs among them, which lead to the promotion of belonging to the constituent society.

  7. Presence of media in the educational arena, reflecting the status of the founding year at the educational level.

  8. Follow-up means of communication, and benefit from scientific visions and stand on the needs of the constituent through the information transmitted

Responsibilities

  1. Follow up events and events according to schedule.
  2. Documentary and awareness films production.
  3. Coordination between the Deanship and other departments.
  4. Documentation of the various information products implemented by the Unit.
  5. Reservation of housing units for visitors and guests of the Foundation.
  6. Porsche conducts specialized training in the media field for students.
  7. Organizing conferences and symposia, holding press conferences, writing speeches, in addition to working internally and externally
