1. Log in to the Academic Portal.
2. Go to Submit Requests then Transfer to Shaqra University.
3. Review transfer conditions and enter civil registry number.
4. Read and agree to the declaration, select application type.
5. Enter student and previous university information.
6. Select desired programs ranked by priority.
7. Upload original academic transcript and transfer form.
8. Track application status through the portal.
Transfer to Shaqra University Request
This service allows regular students at other universities to apply for transfer to Shaqra University.
Review transfer conditions and requirements posted on the Academic Portal at the time of application.
1. Original academic transcript from the previous university.
2. Transfer form.
