On the second day, corresponding to 2/5/1445, welcoming meetings for new students were completed, with clarification of the role of the university student in achieving good citizenship, citing a good example in citizenship, and the importance of the positive role that the citizen presents as evidence of his belonging and love for his homeland, in addition to the necessity of the individual striving to elevate the homeland to be a shield. Security is achieved by being strong, with obedience to the ruler and not being attracted to destructive ideas or extremist thought spread by biased people in the minds of the nation’s youth, and for the citizens to always be armed with thought, knowledge, and work to build the nation, to be in the ranks of developed nations. On the third day, corresponding to February 6, 1445, the welcoming meetings with the students were completed, with an emphasis on the impact of companionship on the student’s university journey. On the fourth day, corresponding to February 7, 1445, it was explained how to adapt to the university stage, and that anxiety and tension are natural feelings at the beginning of university studies, and one should get to know more about the university and the campus, with the importance of organizing time, searching for suitable places at the university, and avoiding any kind of problems. The importance of communication and interaction in university life and building a network of relationships while searching for potential friends was also emphasized, in addition to taking the initiative to talk, get to know each other, participate in university activities, and share experiences with others. Which leads to comfort, psychological stability, a sense of belonging, academic excellence, personality formation, and good preparation for the labor market. On the fifth day, corresponding to 2/8/1445 University behavior standards and goals were emphasized, with clarification of students’ academic and non-academic rights and duties towards the university, the college, and its employees, and having good ethics towards colleagues and society, in addition to adhering to the rules and regulations of the university and college and adhering to the rules of student discipline.

The College of Medicine in Shaqra held a reception for new students for the academic year 1445 H.
The College of Medicine in Shaqra held a reception for new students for the academic year 1445 on Sunday 4-2-1445 H in the college theatre. This ceremony was held under the auspices of His Excellency the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine in Shaqra, Dr. Feras bin Mansour Almarshad, and under the direct supervision of His Excellency the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine in Shaqra, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Fayez, and the supervision of both the Student Activities and Community Service Units. The ceremony began with a speech by His Excellency the Dean of the College of Medicine in Shaqra, where he welcomed the new students, wishing them success, stressing the keenness of the college and all its employees to serve students according to the highest levels, stressing the importance of seriousness and diligence from the beginning of the study because of its impact on the university career and the student's cumulative rate. His Excellency the Academic Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Atef, gave an introductory brief about the agency and its keenness to create conditions that help the student to excel. He also talked about the vision, mission, and goals of the college. The head of the Student Affairs Committee, Prof. Dr. Bahaa El-Din Hassan, the coordinator of the Academic Advising Unit, the head of the e-learning unit, Dr. Walid Ezzat, and the head of the Student Activities and Community Service Unit, Dr. Muhammad Sarhan, also spoke, explaining the role played by these units. At the end of the ceremony, questions and inquiries were opened for students, and His Excellency the Dean of the College By answering all of them, the new students showed great interaction with the meeting, thanking the college administration for the good reception.
