Initiative Submission Terms

1. Initiatives must fall within the designated fields (academic, administrative, technical, research, development, or health).
2. Initiatives should align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
3. Proposals must be consistent with SU’s Strategic Plan.
4. Initiatives should be feasible and implementable within SU environment.
5. In cases of similar submissions, intellectual property will be attributed to the first submitter.
6. Approved initiatives become the exclusive property of SU, while safeguarding the rights of the proposer.

These terms apply to initiatives submitted through the Mubadiroun platform ONLY, without any responsibility for submissions to third parties.

Recognition of Initiative Submitters:

The initiator of a submitted idea shall be awarded a certificate of appreciation, preserving their intellectual contribution and recognizing their efforts and commitment to institutional advancement.

Initiators must fill in an Initiative Submission Form.
