Likewise, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, may Allah protect him, has actively encouraged educational progress, research, and innovation. Additionally, the Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sheikh, has extended special focus to universities within KSA’s governorates.
Today, education is accessible to all members of society throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including in the regions served by Shaqra University: Shaqra, Dawadmi, Quwaiiyah, Huraymla, Afif, Muzahmiyah, Dhurma, and Sajir, which together host the university’s 24 colleges. Since its establishment in 2009, SU has worked tirelessly to develop strategic plans that contribute to the nation's educational aspirations. Our institution aims to be a distinguished center of learning that prepares highly qualified graduates, addressing labor market needs through a well-defined strategy focused on enhancing our academic environment, leveraging modern technology, and upholding principles of institutional governance.
