Upgrading the technical excellence for the administrative status of the Deanship, establishing strong bases for the administrative communication offices, and achieving the electronic transactions project.
Applying the quality management systems; to elevate the efficiency of the units at the Deanship, and developing the administrative work environment; to carry out the career work at the highest professional levels.
1 - Providing the motivating environment to conduct the work, and helping to achieve its objectives, policies, and plans drawn.
2 - Excellence in rendering services to the faculty staff and staff members.
3 - Applying the quality standards and the continuously improvement to enhance the efficiency of administrative work in the departments, units, and facilities of the Deanship and working to find the mechanisms that ensure the continuity of developing its work.
4 - Developing the mechanisms of linking between the Deanship and the external bodies, in papers and electronically.
5 - Developing the mechanisms of linking the Deanship and its academic and administrative units, in papers and electronically.
6 - Applying the electronic services pertained to the administrative communications.
