Vision, Message, and Goals
The overall vision for developing the administrative and financial work environment and upgrading the needs of the Deanship according to the overall quality standards.
Promoting the performance of the staff of the Deanship through the development of the employee by adopting clear policies and regulations for the administrative and financial work and its method of implementation which work on developing human capabilities in the best management procedures used in the overall quality standards.
1 - Promoting the level of the administrative and financial services provided to the university staff and continuing to improve them.
2 - Developing and improving the quality of control of the financial affairs that are consistent with the financial system used by the university.
3 - Developing and establishing of buildings, classrooms and scientific laboratories with the latest specifications and modern technologies.
4 - Raising and improving staff performance by providing training and learning opportunities.
5 - Supervising the identification and providing the material needs of the Deanship to ensure the functioning of its departments and units with efficiency and effectiveness.
6 - Managing and conducting the financial affairs related to the daily activity of the Deanship, and organizing the dealing process with the financial and administrative system at the university.
