Vision, Message, and Goals
Providing the news and events of the Deanship to all beneficiaries inside and outside the university, providing distinguished information about the Deanship that contribute in creating a unique mental image of the Deanship under the vision of 2030.
Creating a qualitative connection between the Deanship and its internal and external community by disseminating news and media content to all traditional media outlets, good media, and the social media in accordance with international and professional standards in the media work to create a mental image that matches the scientific status of the university under the vision of 2030.
1- Clarifying the tasks of the unit and the importance of the role of services it provides.
2 - Improving the mental image of the Deanship through the provision of unique media content, and being able to reach all segments related to the academic work and university, in general.
3 – Providing a content that is targeting the students of the Deanship, and their need to answer questions or to communicate through the activity of the social media in particular, and answering all queries through the university website.
4 - Intensifying the media work accompanying the need of the Deanship to appear to the outside community, and highlighting all the activities and events provided by the Deanship such as writing reports, releasing news, and providing documentary programs that serve the university work.
5 - Providing appropriate solutions and responses, in case that the Deanship needs that, and following up what is published about the Deanship in all the traditional media and news, and uncover the truth about what may face the Deanship of negative topics published.
6- Providing a newsletter, or a periodical publication as a special issue aimed at highlighting the activities of the Deanship, and documenting it, as well as training the students in the field work through this newsletter.
7 - Providing unique media content for the Deanship, and developing the content currently existing on the website, or on the platforms of the university through professional specialists in this field.
8 - Strengthening the relationship and enhancing the role of the Deanship in serving the community.
