Risk and Crisis Department
Works on enhancing the university's stability by avoiding negative risks and utilizing positive opportunities. The department collaborates with university entities to identify, classify, and analyze potential risks that may affect the university environment, and develops effective strategies to respond to them. The department is also responsible for preparing plans, policies, and procedures. Its work also includes raising awareness about the importance of risk management, contributing to achieving a safe and sustainable educational environment.
Business Continuity Department
This department is concerned with supervising the implementation of the business continuity system for critical university entities, developing business continuity policies, processes, and procedures at the university, as well as providing training and awareness to ensure the provision of the minimum necessary operations during business interruptions.
Security and Safety Monitoring Department
A department concerned with following up and supervising occupational health and safety, the safety of facilities and property, and providing training and awareness to university affiliates to ensure that no material or human damage occurs.

Risk Assessment and Treatment Unit
It is an essential part of a comprehensive risk management and business continuity strategy. After assessing risks, it aims to take preventive measures to eliminate, reduce, or treat potential risks through the risk register, as well as forms, guides, and programs prepared for this purpose.
Weather Fluctuations Monitoring Unit
A unit responsible for monitoring and tracking various weather fluctuations with the aim of obtaining sufficient accurate information and utilizing this information to achieve maximum safety for university affiliates and beneficiaries.
Facilities Safety Unit
This unit is concerned with supervising the safety of university facilities. It also develops all types of plans related to the safety of educational facilities, laboratories, workshops, warehouses, and others.
Occupational Safety Unit
The Occupational Safety Unit is responsible for assessing risks and developing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, in addition to organizing training and periodic inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and dealing with accidents and injuries.
Awareness and Training Unit
This unit is concerned with preparing awareness programs, training, and virtual drills within the university on a continuous basis, as well as qualifying and training administrative and field teams for safety operations and spreading the culture of dealing with emergencies, disasters, and crises.

The Administration seeks to ensure the continued effective provision of university services even during unexpected crises and disasters. This includes developing strategies, policies, and plans, and supervising their implementation and continuous updating. It also aims to enhance a culture of awareness regarding risks, business continuity, and occupational health and safety among all members of the university community to ensure the sustainability of academic and administrative performance.
