Units

  • Confidential Documents Unit Responsible for preserving and processing confidential documents containing sensitive information that requires high levels of secrecy.

  • Permanent Documents Unit Specializes in preserving documents of permanent value such as regulations, bylaws, official decisions, and historical archives.

  • Active Documents Unit Contains documents that are continuously used in daily operations.

  • Semi-Active Documents Unit Contains documents that are no longer used daily but are still referenced from time to time.
     

Sections

  • Document Preservation Section Responsible for the general oversight of methods and techniques for preserving all types of documents.

  • Indexing and Cataloging Section Responsible for organizing and cataloging documents to facilitate access to them.

  • Beneficiary Services Section This section handles receiving requests from departments or individuals for documents and archives, and provides support in document retrieval.

  • Coordination Section Coordinates between the center and various departments and units within the organization to ensure implementation of policies and procedures related to document preservation.

  • Indexing and Cataloging Section Responsible for organizing and cataloging documents to facilitate access to them.

  • Training and Review Section Prepares and implements training programs for department staff on document handling, and reviews the performance of sections and departments regarding preservation procedures.
