Departments

Human Resources Operations Management
This department comprises the following sections: Employee Affairs Section, Faculty Affairs Section, and Contractors Section.
Administrative Development Management
The Administrative Development Management plans and develops the workforce through training, qualification, and professional development. Its responsibilities include identifying training needs, preparing annual training plans, evaluating training impact, and managing career development programs.
Human Resources Development Management
The Human Resources Development Management is responsible for issuing administrative decisions, scholarship and training decisions, and entering them into the system.
Payroll Management
The Payroll and Allowances Management is one of the core departments in the General Administration of Human Resources. It strives to play an effective role in achieving the vision and mission of the Human Resources Administration by processing the disbursement of all salaries and allowances.
"Employee Benefits Management
The Employee Benefits Management prepares decisions for disbursement of allowances and non-monthly rewards, and processes entitlements for university employees in accordance with regulations and bylaws, aiming to improve work quality and expedite completion.
Employee Performance  Management
This department is responsible for managing and developing the job performance evaluation system in accordance with the Civil Service regulations and the university's employee affairs bylaws.
Attendance and Time Control Management
The Attendance Monitoring Management works to oversee general work operations to prevent violations, enforce all regulations and bylaws, and encourage employees to perform their duties as required.
 

Sections

Employee Affairs Section
A section responsible for managing all employee procedures for those on the general, educational, health, worker, and laborer salary scales, from appointment to end of service and all intervening procedures.
Faculty Affairs Section
Contractors Section
A section specializing in all matters related to contracted non-Saudi faculty members and equivalents, applying regulations and bylaws issued by the Civil Service Ministry and the non-Saudi university employment regulations.
Organizational Structure Section
Responsible for all human resources operations procedures including documentation, leaves, and retirement.
 

Units

Onboarding and Orientation Unit
The unit responsible for all stages of receiving and integrating new employees, from administrative procedures to introducing them to the organization and job responsibilities.
