This Website is supervised by Shaqra University. All of its contents, including software and information, are fully protected in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia relating to copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property rights. All intellectual property rights in the contents of the Website belong to Shaqra University. Except as otherwise expressly stated, you may not sell, license, rent, modify, copy, reproduce, reprint, download, advertise, transmit, distribute, publicly display, edit, or create derivative works from any materials or contents of this Website, whether for public or commercial purposes, without obtaining the prior written approval of the University's administration. Any modification of the Website's contents is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the graphics and images on this Website are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or exploited in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of the University's administration.

The University shall not bear any responsibility for consequences resulting from any error or lack of update of any information on the Website. Excluded from this disclaimer are any official laws, regulations, or equivalent instruments published on the Website.

Waiver of Claims and Warranties

All services, information, materials, and functions published on the Website, or accessible through it, are made available for personal use on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representations, promises, or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

The University exerts its best efforts to inspect the Website's contents across the various stages of its operation. Website Suspension for Maintenance and Development

Shaqra University reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Website or any of its services whenever maintenance, development, or updating is required, until the necessary works are completed, without incurring any liability towards users as a result thereof.

Indemnification and Disclaimer

The user undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless Shaqra University, its staff, agents, and the entities responsible for the management, maintenance, and development of the Website, from any obligations, claims, damages, or costs that may arise from any breach by the user of these Terms and Conditions or of any of the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or in the user's place of residence.

For any complaints or inquiries relating to these Terms and Conditions or to the use of the Website, users may contact the Deanship of E-Learning and Digital Transformation through the official communication channels adopted by Shaqra University.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The user shall be subject, in all matters relating to the use of the Website, to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi judicial authorities shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims and disputes arising from the use of the Website or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
