"The Data Management Office at Shaqra University serves as the central entity responsible for organizing and managing the university’s data assets, ensuring effective data governance that upholds quality, accuracy, and reliability. The office works to build an integrated data environment that supports decision-making and institutional performance development through the implementation of data management policies and controls approved by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), and by strengthening compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
The office’s efforts focus on empowering competencies, developing frameworks and standards for data quality, classification, and integration, and unifying data sources across the university’s systems. These initiatives support institutional transformation and contribute to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in national data management and artificial intelligence enablement."
