It is the department responsible for overseeing the operations of the Security and Safety Department and the Transportation and Mobility Department. It is also responsible for all daily activities and operations, monitoring their implementation, and developing work plans in alignment with the University’s strategic plan.

- Providing the services required to support operations and ensuring everything necessary for the successful implementation of the University’s educational and administrative processes in a professional manner, while continuously working to improve the quality of services provided.
- Providing the necessary support to various support service departments.
- Strengthening relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of services in accordance with the highest standards.
- Meeting operational requirements by providing the necessary services to all University facilities, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted continuity of work.
- Monitoring and directing the managers of support service departments.
- Developing policies and objectives for the departments affiliated with the Support Services Department.
- Implementing the regulations, policies, and instructions governing support service departments.
- Planning and organizing support services.
