The Transportation Department at Shaqra University provides comprehensive transportation services for female students throughout the academic year, transporting them from various centers, cities, villages, and rural communities to the University’s colleges. The Department also provides transportation for student activities, as well as for students undertaking practical and field training, along with all related arrangements.
The Department’s responsibilities begin with providing buses and drivers, continuously supervising and monitoring their performance, providing guidance, and working to enhance their level of performance in accordance with established regulations and schedules for each vehicle. The Department also supervises the service and provides the Procurement Department with monthly performance evaluations of the contractor responsible for transporting female students, enabling the payment of dues and the deduction of any violations, where applicable. These efforts contribute positively and effectively to supporting the University’s commitment to achieving success and excellence across all areas.
