About
The Inventory Control Department was established pursuant to the University Rector’s Resolution No. 11658/53 dated 3/7/1433 AH, with Mr. Abdulkarim bin Abdullah Al-Salem appointed as its Director. The Department is organizationally affiliated with the Vice Rector of the University.
Its duties and responsibilities are carried out in accordance with Article (24) of the Rules and Procedures for Government Warehouses, issued pursuant to the Minister of Finance and National Economy’s Resolution No. 21/4201 dated 11/8/1403 AH.
The Department’s role includes monitoring and ensuring the soundness of operations and procedures related to the inventory of the University’s warehouses and its current assets. It also participates in planning and identifying inventory needs to ensure that the requirements of the University’s operations are adequately met.
