A service that enables submitting requests related to the university's electronic portal such as adding pages, sub-sites, and content management

 

1. Log in to Maak system by clicking Start Service
2. Select Application Support Services
3. Select Electronic Portal Services
4. Enter the required information and attach the required documents
5. Click Submit Request

None

Service type (Modify website welcome page / Change faculty member workplace / Content management permission for university entities / Add - Delete electronic service request / Add new pages request / Content management training request / New sub-site request), Requesting entity name, Phone number, Email, Request title, Request details
Documents: Letter or request form (Maximum 3 files, 5 MB)
