The Vision Realization Office works to support the university's efforts in achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by empowering its various sectors and transforming Vision initiatives into short- and long-term implementation plans, while monitoring progress and related developments. The office also addresses challenges and obstacles that may hinder the implementation of these initiatives and submits necessary improvement plans as needed. The office also coordinates with university departments to prepare and develop strategic performance indicators and indicators to measure the level of progress in implementing initiatives and achieving the desired goals.
