1. Log in to the Academic Portal.
2. Enter username and password.
3. Go to Change Major Request tab.
4. Click Change Major Request.
5. Select study type, college, and desired major, then click Next.
6. Review the transfer request and click Save.
7. Track the request status through the portal.
Change of Major and College Request
This service allows regular students to apply for a change of major or transfer from one college to another.
1. Student must meet the minimum cumulative GPA for the desired major/college.
2. Availability of seats in the desired major.
3. Approval from the college and department council.
4. Meet admission requirements if transferring to a different major.
5. Natural Sciences track required for science majors.
6. Minimum 85% secondary school grade for Education College.
7. Transfer to preparatory year is not allowed.
8. Application must be during the academic calendar period.
No additional documents required - application is submitted electronically via the Academic Portal.
