A service that enables requesting video conferencing services including meeting setup, software installation, and device transfer

 

1. Log in to Maak system by clicking Start Service
2. Select Operations Services
3. Select Video Conference
4. Enter the required information and attach the required documents
5. Click Submit Request

Service type (Change video conference device or account name / Video conference software request / Install screen sharing software / Video meeting setup request / Training or assistance request / Video conference device transfer request), Digital phone extension / Mobile number
Documents: Attachments (Maximum 3 files, 5 MB)
